The Company Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each production throughout the year (2-3 Spotlights shows, the Northcott, the Term 3 show, the 48h show, the Pantomime, and any other shows the committee wish to put on!). You will thus play a key role in each creative team and communicate consistently with committee to ensure support is provided wherever it is needed. You will work closely with the show producers, taking on responsibilities where needed, and the rest of each creative team to ensure the processes are being carried out in a way that is consistent with Footlights’ values. Regularly attending rehearsals and meetings is important in order to maintain a supportive presence and understand the nuances of each show process. 

You will also work closely with the President and Treasurer, ensuring that all risk assessments and budgets accurately reflect the show. An additional responsibility will be ensuring that each show adheres to the rights agreements relevant. This role is an extremely rewarding one, allowing you to be involved in and help the smooth running of every show throughout the year from multiple angles. This is a dynamic role, so the individual in the position must be willing to be flexible and organised, so that any changes to each process are met with a supportive supervisor.
