Responsible for designing engaging promotional materials for the society using audio, video and written content.

Manage all social media channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Guild website, etc.), including responding to messages and regularly checking timelines, etc.

Proactively engaging with posting, reposing, society outreach, and general promotion of EACAS activities. This can include reaching out to MedSoc/other societies to repost our content to promote engagement

Support all committee members in the delivery of their projects by consulting with the lead and providing promotional materials in a timely manner 

Attend events where possible, and provide promotional material after the event has concluded to evidence the society's engagement

Act as the bridge between the committee and the society's members, bringing the pertinent information to them
