Lead and develop a local Exeter conference for Acute Care Specialities, working alongside relevant leads

Work alongside the Secretary to plan and coordinate logistics for the sixth South West Acute Care Conference (SWACC) at one of the four host universities in 2027

Maintain regular communication with SWACC and ensure all requests are actioned in an appropriate timeframe

Work alongside the Social Media Secretary to promote SWACC attendance using social media channels

Oversee registration processes of EACAS conference attendees

Evaluate conference success and gather feedback post-event

Collaborate with the committee to bring together lessons learned for any subsequent conferences
