Role Description

• Organise the yearly Winter and Summer balls
• Plan and execute socials from start to finish, liaising with venues and event planning on the day
• Work closely with other roles to coordinate social planning and logistics

Skills required to succeed in the role:

• Experience in planning, organising, and executing events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with venues, negotiate agreements and coordinate logistics
• Ability to anticipate and address challenges, with a strong attention to detail

Weekly time commitment: 5-10 hours
