Role Description

• Lead the development of long-term strategic plans to guide BFS’s growth and success
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead the development and execution of the Exeter Future Leaders Summit
• Manage relationships with external partners

Skills required to succeed in the role:

• Corporate work experience (3 months+)
• Previous experience leading a project
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis
• Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships
