It is the presidents responsibility to oversee the day-to-day running of the society, ensuring clear communication between committee members through the coordination of regular meetings. The role involves working closely with the social secs to plan events such as balls and regular socials. Presidents also work with the treasurer to ensure careful budgeting is carried out. They support all of the comittee members in their positions and ensure planning and events are carried out within the Guild's policies.
