The Vice President of Education is responsible for overseeing EXIM's educational offering and ensuring members have access to high-quality technical training that supports their academic, professional, and career development. Working closely with the President, Chief Investment Officer, and Heads of Division, they coordinate the delivery of workshops, courses, training programmes, and learning resources across the society. The role is focused on maintaining educational standards, developing members' technical competencies, and ensuring EXIM's learning initiatives remain aligned with the skills and knowledge required for careers in investment management, banking, private markets, and related fields. The Vice President of Education also supports the development of division curricula, monitors programme effectiveness, and helps create a structured learning pathway for members at all experience levels.

Submission of an application form does not constitute a nomination, and further information regarding the election process will be provided to eligible candidates after interviews have taken place.
