The Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial operations of EXIM and ensuring the society remains financially sustainable and compliant with Guild regulations. Working closely with the President and Executive Committee, they oversee budgeting, financial planning, income generation, and expenditure management across all society activities. The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing reimbursements and expenses, managing invoices and sponsorship income, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Students' Guild on financial matters. They provide regular financial updates to the committee, support event budgeting, and ensure that society funds are allocated effectively to maximise value for members while supporting EXIM's strategic objectives and long-term growth.
Please note that, in accordance with the EXIM Constitution, candidates may only formally nominate themselves for election following the completion of the interview process. Submission of an application form does not constitute a nomination, and further information regarding the election process will be provided to eligible candidates after interviews have taken place.
