The Vice President of Engagement is responsible for fostering a strong, inclusive, and engaging community within EXIM by planning and delivering the society’s social calendar. Working closely with the President and wider committee, they organise a range of events that strengthen member engagement, encourage networking, and enhance the overall society experience. This includes coordinating regular socials, networking evenings, end-of-term celebrations, collaborative events with other societies, and flagship community-building activities. The role focuses on creating an environment where members can build meaningful relationships, develop professional networks, and feel connected to the wider EXIM community, while ensuring events are well-organised, accessible, and reflective of the society’s culture and values.

Please note that, in accordance with the EXIM Constitution, candidates may only formally nominate themselves for election following the completion of the interview process. Submission of an application form does not constitute a nomination, and further information regarding the election process will be provided to eligible candidates after interviews have taken place.
