The Secretary takes minutes of all meetings, keep an up-to-date inventory of equipment owned by the group, and is responsible for response to any external mail sent to the society. They are also responsible for weekly communications to the membership, booking any Guild or university rooms for the group, and should create a series of risk assessments to cover each type of society event.
