We are running by-elections for committee, to elect the roles of Social Secretary, Welfare Secretary and Publicity Secretary!

Social Secretary (x2)

The Social Secretaries are responsible for organising and managing a wide variety of socials, from Stammtisch to Kaffee und Kuchen and fun trips to Exmouth and beyond!

Welfare Secretary

The Welfare Secretary is there to ensure people have a safe and comfortable time at all events we run, and to signpost and support members seeking support where needed. 

Publicity Secretary

The Publicity Secretary manages all social media and advertising for events, ensuring our members stay informed with some stylish graphics!

You can run for multiple roles, and if elected to multiple, choose one to hold. 

Nominations start at 9am on the 26th October 2026, and voting will commence at 9am on 3rd November 2026. Voting will close at 6pm on 8th November 2026.
