Welfare Secretary

Responsibilities:

Being a friendly face for members and committee at socials and events – attending these as much as possible so that people are familiar with who you are (especially in welcome week).

Working with the social secs to organise welfare events (e.g. coffee socials, meditation, etc...).

Completing any welfare related tasks.

Direct any welfare concerns to the appropriate channels/The Guild.

Helping to carry out reasonable admin if other committee members are feeling overwhelmed (e.g. Risk Assessments, Room Booking).
