The Vice President plays a crucial supporting role in the leadership of the MATLAB & Simulink Society. You’ll work closely alongside the President to help guide the society’s vision, ensure smooth operation of activities, and step in when needed to lead on initiatives or events.

This role is highly recommended for those who are motivated to take on greater responsibility in the future and potentially grow into the President role. It’s ideal for someone who has already been engaged with the society’s development and is ready to take that involvement to the next level.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the President in leading the committee
• Helping coordinate society planning and decision-making
• Taking initiative on society projects and events
• Representing the society when the President is unavailable
• Contributing ideas to shape the society’s direction and growth
