This is the most hands-on role as it includes overseeing each TWT show. A prod sup supports and guides each show's production team from start to finish, which involves running production meetings for each show, finding venues, overseeing budget and sourcing of set, props, costume etc. Good communication is an essential skill as you are the main link between shows and the committee!
