The VP/Treasurer assists the president in the general running of Her Campus, plus ensures the smooth financial operation of the society. This is the perfect role for someone who is organised, motivated, and keen to learn more about financial management.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the general running and organisation of Her Campus 
• Work with the President and Editor-In-Chief to  to set editorial themes and organise the overall direction of the society
• Work with the President, Editor-In-Chief, and Social Secretary to arrange article planning sessions and writing workshops
• Work with the President, Editor-In-Chief, and Social Secretary to develop a range of socials, ensure they are promoted widely, and drive engagement and participation from members
• Attend and co-lead article planning sessions and writing workshops 
• Attend socials
• Monitor the Her Campus Exeter Guild email address, forwarding emails to the relevant committee members and editors
• Oversee the society’s budget, ensuring responsible spending and adherence to financial policies
• Manage and approve expenses 
• Work collaboratively with the social secretary to set budgets for events and socials
• Communicate with the Guild for financial advice and guidance as required
