As Health & Safety Sec, your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough risk assessments for each event, ensuring that all potential hazards are identified and mitigated. These assessments must be submitted to the Guild to demonstrate our commitment to the safety and welfare of all members. Your role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at all our events. You will also play an active part in socializing with members and assisting in the planning of socials to ensure that our community not only stays safe but also connected and engaged.
