The role of the Vice President primarily involves helping the President achieve their duties, and making sure everyone in the committee understands what they are doing. Additionally, if the President is unavailable for whatever reason, the Vice President should be expected to step up and support the committee in their stead. As such I would recommend reading the presidents section in addition to this.

VP has some of the more admin-y jobs, such as submitting activity forms for events, booking spaces (inside and outside) for the weekly socials, and taking notes during committee meetings. These added aspects are to help give the role some more definable responsibilities as previous VPs have been unsure how best to help in their role. These admin responsibilities are not particularly time consuming and are simple to achieve once the systems have been learnt.
