As Social Secretary, you will be responsible for organising bonus events that run throughout the term, such as Taskmaster and Assassins. This includes creating a team within the committee to help create, organise and lead these events- such as taskmaster assistants etc.

Social Secretary will mainly include the construction of forms, documents and any other admin tools to set up and maintain these events. You are not obligated to run the events themselves as the role is more focused on organisation, however this does not prevent you from choosing to join the 'teams' to help lead the events if you so wish. Naturally this will be discussed on a committee basis and can vary from event to event.

Social Secretary must regularly consult with the President in terms of work/ job allocation between committee members for these bonus events. The President remains vital in ensuring the workload is balanced and fair throughout the committee; this is a new dynamic and it is important that there is clear communication and respect between these two roles specifically. 

Similarly, there must be open communication and understanding between the Social Secretary, Gamesmaster and Vice Gamesmaster in terms of participation in leading events and how this will be balanced between them and other committee members willing to be involved.
