The Welfare Secretary will represent the committee in welfare related discussions with members, and will focus on ensuring events and general societal activity meets the welfare standards the committee expects. They will be a point of contact for complaints and suggestions that members have for the society, and will also lead the moderation of the Tolkien Society Discord.
