A leadership position in its own right, the
two Conference Leads will oversee the planning and
execution of the society annual conference. In the past 4 years we have pioneered the Exeter International Undergraduate Surgical Conference. The role will involve initiating the conference outline, recruiting a subcommittee, chairing meetings, managing deadlines and ensuring the event runs smoothly on the day.
