Performance Director is a new role we are officially introducing this year to manage and run choreography associated with key performances. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Choreographing key performances like BOSW, ICCAs and Edinburgh Fringe 
• Working closely with the Musical Directors to align choreography with arrangements
• Planning and leading choreography rehearsals (requires good attendance in the lead up to big performances)
• Maintaining a high standard of choreography within the group, and having difficult conversations when things become difficult
• Offering help to those who are struggling with choreography 
• Overseeing Fringe Choreography plans
