The role of Treasurer/General Secretary is more of an administrative role that is required for the vital functioning of the society. Responsible for the majority of administration, the role holder will assist the Co-Presidents and other committee to ensure guild policies are followed. The responsibilities include: managing finances and expenses, submitting budgets and risk assessments, room booking requests, membership administration, funding grant applications, and other admin tasks as required by the society and committee.
