Position Information
The Trip Coordinators will be responsible for the planning and delivery of regular trips throughout the year; which may include evening, day, or weekend trips away. These trips may be both educational and social, and can be hosted locally or further afield.
The responsibilities of the Trip Coordinators will be to ensure all travel and accommodation bookings, risk assessments, tickets, budgets, and itineraries are completed in a timely manner prior to departure. Jointly with the Co-Presidents, they will be responsible for the safety and welfare of members whilst on Trips.
