Duties:

• Be responsible for running social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp).
• Be responsible for managing the social media uploads and ensuring they remain aesthetic and easily accessible.
• Be responsible for promoting any events/campaigns of the society to members and potential members.
• Be responsible for replying to social media messages and building a rapport with students, other societies, and the community.
• Forward important messages to the Marketing Lead.
• Be responsible for the upkeep of the Society’s Guild Website Page. 

Requirements:

• To have good organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines to ensure events achieve maximum publicity via being marketed well enough in advance and effectively. 
• Good at writing catchy captions and titles for social media posts. 
• Be able to reply to messages in a friendly and appropriate manner. 
• Some knowledge of social media analytics and performance to optimise posts.
• Ideally, have some experience working with social media
