Manages the Operations Team. Directors form the inner layer of the Committee. Each Director is responsible for hiring, managing, maintaining and ultimately for the results of their department. Their role encompasses all the activities needed to ensure the correct execution of the department objectives and the high-level integration with the other departments, working toward the global vision and mission of the society.
