Responsibilities

• Secure partnerships and sponsorships by updating the sponsorship pack and proactively reaching out to both existing and potential partners, in collaboration with the President.
• Source speakers for events, sharing responsibility equally with the Events Officer.
• Maintain and update the ‘Friends of ExSIF’ database to support networking events and strengthen relationships with alumni, society contacts, and external organizations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to enhance ExSIF’s LinkedIn presence by sharing key event highlights.
• Seek and propose collaborations with other University of Exeter societies, as well as external societies and Student Managed Investment Funds, ensuring alignment with ExSIF’s goals.
• Express gratitude to guest speakers and coordinate with the Treasurer to ensure their travel expenses are reimbursed.
