Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Vice-President to shape the society’s strategy and work with the committee to achieve long-term goals.
• Take full responsibility for the development and management of the Fund.
• Oversee event coordination, ensuring smooth execution by organizing members and speakers.
• Lead the committee and supervise Portfolio Managers, Associates, Analysts, and Student Representatives.
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships, maintaining relationships throughout the year in coordination with the External Relations Officer.
• Address unexpected challenges, such as last-minute speaker changes.
• Work with the Events and External Relations Officer to source speakers for weekly events.
• Ensure all published content meets high-quality standards by collaborating with the Marketing Officer.
• Maintain communication with key stakeholders, including the Business School, sponsors, and partners, alongside the External Relations Officer.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members seeking guidance or support.
• Engage with other Society Presidents to coordinate collaborative events, aligning with professional, moral, and ethical values.
• Foster relationships with external charities and businesses to facilitate joint events.
• Participate in the recruitment process for ExSIF Representatives, Portfolio Managers, Associates, and Analysts.
