Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Intramural Sports Program, to ensure community engagement & success of ExSIF in social sport leagues. 
• Communicate with other sports teams to report results and ensure the society is enrolled into the leagues by the respective deadlines.
• Ensure guest speakers and networking events feature a diverse range of ethnicities, genders, and professional backgrounds.
• Promote inclusive participation by encouraging students from all degree backgrounds to join ExSIF and ensuring content is accessible to all experience levels.
• Consider accessibility needs for members with mental and physical disabilities, ensuring alignment with ExSIF’s disability pledge.
• Organize events promoting inclusion in finance for underrepresented groups.
• Support members’ well-being by directing them to university resources and collaborating with societies such as Nightline and the Students’ Guild.
• Complete well-being training to effectively support members.
