Responsibilities

• Design graphics for events, announcements, and promotions.
• Publish event and announcement graphics on Instagram and Facebook.
• Add all events to the society’s website.
• Collaborate with the External Relations and General Officer to post event summaries and thank-you messages on LinkedIn.
• Keep the website up to date by regularly adding and editing content.
• Ensure all ExSIF materials align with the society’s branding.
• Share real-time updates and content on social media stories during events.
• Organize and coordinate Instagram takeovers with committee members, reps, and Portfolio Managers when possible.
• Respond to inquiries received via Facebook and Instagram.
• Occasionally liaise with external individuals or companies to arrange marketing resources.
• Develop standardized templates for weekly and individual social media posts.
• Support committee members by fulfilling additional marketing needs to enhance society operations.
