As a Welfare Secretary, you are responsible for the wellbeing of all society members. You will be the main point of contact should they need support with any issues they might be dealing with. Therefore, this role requires someone who is trustworthy and respects people's privacy. The Welfare Secretary will liaise with the Academic Secretary and the President should any occasion arise when serious matters need further action.
