The Alumni Representative shall be a graduate of the university and a former member of the society who serves on the committee as an associate member of the Guild. Drawing on their prior involvement and experience, they shall offer insight and advice to support the work of the committee, particularly in relation to long-term planning, continuity, and society development. They shall attend meetings, contribute to discussions, and support projects where their input is valuable. The Alumni Representative shall also help maintain links with the society’s alumni and may support initiatives that encourage ongoing alumni engagement.
