Treasurer

Responsible for managing the finances of the society, including delivering the Financial Report with details of transactions at the Annual General Meeting
Reports to Executive Committee regularly in regards to the financial situation of the society
Drafts proposals and seeks both short and long term sponsorships to aid the development of the society
Prepares budgets for new or ongoing projects
Ensures proper financial records are kept safely and in details
Sets prices for events
Assists Career and Event Officer in negotiating event budgets with the venue manager
