Aims and Objectives:

• To provide a welcoming and accessible forum for members to join bands, meet new people and enjoy live music.
• To reward bands with exposure across university and local venues through organised live shows for our members.
• To provide quality practice space and equipment for our members to further their musical aspirations.

If you enjoy live music, whether it’s listening, performing, dancing, discussing or simply appreciating, we are the society you have been looking for. Running informal socials and gigs, Campus Bands gives you the chance to meet like-minded people to enjoy music with and maybe even create some of your own!

Then, if you fancy it, you can play at some of our organised gigs around Exeter. In Term 2, we host our widely popular Battle of the Bands event, which never ceases to showcase a staggering amount of talent - this is not something you’ll want to miss out on.

We provide an exclusive bookable practice room with regularly maintained equipment, with mixing & recording facilities also on campus. If you want to put on your own gig, we’ll provide any equipment you may need.
