About Us

Aims and Objectives:

  • Continue the growth and development of our society.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment where like-minded people can come together and enjoy playing a wide range of music.
  • Raise awareness of the plethora of talent that our society has to offer, with multiple concerts across the year showcasing the incredible effort and dedication that the society's members have put in.

Do you play the clarinet? The University of Exeter has the perfect society for you!

Exeter University Clarinet Choir is a relaxed music society welcoming clarinettists of all abilities. We play a range of pieces, from classical to jazz to film music, and perform on a variety of clarinets, with the majority on Bb and the option of Bass, Eb Alto and Eb Soprano too. We rehearse every Wednesday 4-5pm in Cornwall House and perform concerts each term.

So if you enjoy playing the clarinet, whether you’re a beginner, pro or anything in between, come and join our society with friendly, like-minded clarinettists. We would love to welcome you!

If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please come along to one of our rehearsals, or find us on Facebook
