Hello, welcome to the page for the Exeter Computer Science Society!

EXCS is the society for all things computer related. We are open to everyone, whether you study Computer Science or simply have an interest in technology. 

Through academic events and hackathons, the society aims to improve members' technical abilities and help them prepare for life after university. Alongside this we will have talks from numerous academic guest speakers. Through this we want to offer students inspiration for their future careers whilst also having fun. 

EXCS provides a way to socialise with new people over a shared interest. With numerous social events, you will be able to make new friends whilst also getting to enjoy the best of Exeter's nightlife. These include both drinking socials and sober socials, so there is always something for everyone! 

We have plenty of fun socials being planned for each week and hope to encourage everyone to take part! This society is an incredible way to connect with other likeminded students and make lots of valuable friendships within your course!
