EXETER UNIVERSITY CONSERVATIVE ASSOCIATION EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING & ELECTIONS NOTICE

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the Students' Guild, our EGM has been rescheduled. We are seeking candidates for three vital committee positions:

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Freshers' Representative
• Membership Secretary
• Welfare & Diversity Secretary

KEY DATES: Wednesday, 27th November

• 17:00 - Application Deadline
• 19:00 - Hustings Commence

Voting Period: 27th November 19:00 - 30th November 00:00

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Written Manifesto
   • To be submitted via the Guild elections page
   • Must outline your vision and proposed initiatives for the role
2. Campaign Video
   • To be submitted directly to the Chairman
   • Should demonstrate your capabilities and commitment to the position

Your application should clearly articulate:

• Why you are uniquely qualified for the role
• Specific initiatives you plan to implement
• Your understanding of the role's responsibilities
• How you will contribute to EUCA's growth and success

All members wishing to stand for election must submit BOTH elements before the application deadline.
