- Career Events:
- Serves as the initial point of contact in matters with regard to Alumni events (mainly in summer)
- Handles career opportunities, aiming to serve first-year students
- Provide information on career opportunities through social media
- Social Events:
- Organise and coordinates all social events, liaise with the venue manager
- Set rundowns & coordinate with treasurer for financial budgets
- Selection of restaurants, choice of food and beverages (beware of food allergies)
- General duties:
- Assists department officers with providing relevant materials
- Commit to provide assistance to other committee members
