This is the election for the coming Exeter HKPASS 2025-2026 Executive Committee member. Nomination period starts from 16/3, 00:00 to 23/3, 23:59.

These are the available positions:

• President
• vice President
• Public Affairs Officer
• Social Service Officer
• Social Service Liaison Officer
• Publicity Officer
• Career & Event Officer
• Secretary 
• Treasurer 

To nominate, please submit an A4 page manifesto including:

• The position you are running for
• Name, course, and year of study
• Relevant past experience
• Aims and vision
• Future plans and expectations
• Participation and contribution

Please submit any inquiries you may have regarding manifestos and the AGM, and send your manifesto and slides (required for candidates running for Publicity Officer) in PDF format to exhkpass@gmail.com before 23rd March, 23:59.

Also, submit online through the Student Guild website in PDF format by Saturday (23:59), 23th March 2025

All HKPASS members (membership purchased before 22/3/2025 23:59) are eligible to vote, voting period is on 31st March 2025 00:00-23:59, we fervently urge all HKPASS members to attend the election and ask our candidates questions to ensure that votes are cast fairly.
