The pre-clinical rep will:

Act as the main point of contact between pre-clinical students and the medical school on academic and welfare mattersGathers feedback from preclinical cohorts (e.g. through surveys, casual conversations, or year group chats) and raising issues at relevant meetings or committeesHelpinf to organise or promote events aimed at pre-clinical students such as socials, welfare initiatives, or study supportSupporting new students as they transition into pre-clinical studies, helping them feel welcome and informedLiasing with other committee members to ensure continuity as students progress through the courseFlagging any recurring concerns about teaching, timetabling, or resources to the appropriate staff or committee
