The Sports Co-ordinator will sit on the Admin and Sport Sub-committees and shall:

• lead and chair the Sport Sub-committee;
• work closely with the Admin Sub-committee to advance the society’s broader objectives;
• support the Football, Netball, and Cricket Captains in the management and administration of their respective teams, and oversee the Run Club Captain in their organisation of the Run Club;
• be responsible for the intramural sports social media account(s);
• assist in the procurement and sale of kit for the intramural sports teams;
• organise social events for the intramural sports teams;
• be responsible for risk assessments, budgets, and other administrative tasks on behalf of the entire Sport Sub-committee; and,
• manage and be responsible for fulfilling the obligations of any sponsorship pertaining to the Sport Sub-committee’s activities.
