The Publicity Officer is the creative voice of the Latin American Society, responsible for promoting the society and its events to both members and the wider university community. They manage the society's social media presence, create engaging content, and design promotional materials to ensure that everything the society does is seen, shared, and celebrated.

From announcing upcoming events to showcasing highlights from past gatherings, the Publicity Officer plays a central role in building the society's brand and growing its following on campus. They work closely with the Events & Fundraising Director and Social Secretary to ensure all activities are well-promoted and that the society remains visible and active throughout the academic year.

The ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic, and confident using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe is a bonus, but above all we are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, a flair for creativity, and a desire to share the vibrancy of Latin American culture with the world.
