Latin American Society: Annual Committee Elections 2026

We are pleased to announce the opening of nominations for this year's committee elections. All society members are warmly encouraged to stand for a position and to participate in the vote.

Nominations Period Monday 16th of March at 8:00 pm – Friday 20th March at 8:00 pm Nominations will be open for 5 working days. To be included on the ballot, please submit your nomination before the deadline.

Voting Period Monday 23 March – Friday 27 March Voting will be open for 5 days to all paid-up society members. Results will be announced once voting closes on 27 March.

Publicity Officer

Events & Fundraising Director

Social Secretary

How it works:

Submit your nomination during the nominations period (16–20 March). You may stand for one position per election cycle.All nominees will be confirmed and published once nominations close on 20 March at 8:00 pm.Voting opens on 23 March and closes on 27 March. Every current society member is entitled to cast one vote per position.

Results will be announced to all members following the close of voting on 27 March.
