Welcome to Safe Haven Society! We are a volunteering society that aims to make a substantial long-term impact on the issue of homelessness through ethical practice. We have decided to start this society because we want to take a holistic approach to the growing issue of homelessness using three core pillars: prevention, change and support.

Prevention: We wish to advocate for a housing first policy to prevent people ever reaching the state of homelessness.

Change - We aim to educate the community to attempt to change the general attitude towards homelessness - we aim to do this primarily through social media and a consistent newsletter

Support - We aim to offer support to people both when they are homeless or when they have left a state of homelessness, with a focus on reintegration, mental health, financial and career mentors and advisor support
