Hello! We are the North American Society at the University of Exeter and we welcome you with open arms! Our society aims to create a safe, cultural community for North American students and non-North American students alike; welcoming also those who may just have an interest in North America and the many things it has to offer! We are hopeful that the events we host this year and forthcoming years provide informative insights into North American culture, as well as provide a sense of community for our North American members. We are a cultural society as opposed to a political society, and while we understand the importance of healthy academic discourse, we would like to emphasise that it is not the central purpose of our society. We look forward to welcoming you all to join us as members of the North American society!
