Come one, come all to the Exeter Comedy Society!

We summon thee performers, writers and devoted audience members to our humble group to feast upon the smorgasbord of comedy. Whether it is sketch, stand-up or improv that tickles your fancy, we have the society for you!

Your yearly membership will include:

• A welcoming community of like-minded individuals you can get to know through workshops, socials, or adjacent seats in the audience
• Amazing opportunities in comedy writing, producing and performance through a trip to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival! This society provides you with the chance to get you and your writing to the big Scottish stage!
• Talks from people in and up-and-coming in the industry, discussing their experience.
• Attend “Members Go Free” events and much, much more!

As you know, comedy is always benefitted by an audience. Even if you don’t wish to tread the boards yourself, please come along anyway! (You are safe in the audience, we promise).

If you’re passionate about comedy, searching for writing companions, or just desiring a group of funny people to befriend, this is the place for you!
