Aims & objectives: 

• To deliver ENT focussed medical education sessions. 
   
• To promote the specialty of ENT surgery with careers talks from current consultant and trainee surgeons. 
   
• To organise day placements within the ENT department for medical students, particularly to see operations. 
   
• To encourage research by communicating opportunities from the ENT department to students and supporting applications to present or attend ENT surgical conferences.
