Tolk Soc wants YOU!

The University of Exeter Tolkien society is a small, warm, and shamelessly geeky group of folk who meet at 7:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday nights. With a fine mix of ages and interests present, both within the world of Tolkien and beyond, there is bound to be someone with whom to share your love of all things Middle Earth – and, as in any fellowship, the more the merrier!

With a whole year membership of only £7, we are one of most affordable societies on campus. Every Thursday we run a social, which can be any number of things; from karaoke to quiz nights! Our Wednesday event is consistently Dungeons and Dragons. We play a single campaign across the year - the largest at the university - and are open to DnD experts, as well as novices who which to learn. 

Plans for the year ahead include cinema trips, city excursions, film screenings and combined social events with a variety of other societies. We are also in the process of planning the next of our long-running D&D campaigns, which occurs every Wednesday, so come along if you're at all interested in that!
