The Exeter Neuro Society aims to promote interest and awareness of the brain and nervous system among medical students and others who are interested. The objectives of the society are:

- To promote the interest and awareness of neuroanatomy, neuroscience and neurology among medical students and other students at the University of Exeter

- To provide opportunities for learning through teaches, lectures, workshops, and conventions related to neuro within medicine

- To foster collaboration and research among students and faculty members with an interest in neuro-specialties

- To raise awareness and support for neurological disorders and patients through advocacy, fundraising and volunteering activities

- To encourage career development and mentorship for students interested in pursuing neurology, neurosurgery etc. as a specialty or field of research
