The 93% Club is the UK's first and largest state school members club. 

Across the UK, 93% of students come from state schools, yet at Exeter, the figure is just 65%, the 3rd lowest in the country! 
The 93% Club was created to amplify these voices, challenge barriers, and help build a more inclusive and equitable university community.

Our Projects 2026/2027🚀

• Professional Speaker Programme🗣️
  Hosting a diverse line‑up of speakers including lawyers, barristers, consultants, investors and senior professionals who share honest career insights, demystify competitive industries, and highlight pathways into sectors where state‑educated students remain underrepresented.
• Employer Engagement & Sponsored Events🏢
  Working with The 93% Club's national partners to bring employers to Exeter for in-person student events. Whether that be through mock assessment centres, interview practice, speaker panels, or casual networking.
• LinkedIn & Career Skills Workshops💼
  Our award-winning campaign from 25/26 delivered workshops on LinkedIn, CVs, networking, and more! Keep an eye out for the 26/27 iterations of these!
• The Working Wardrobe👔
  Free workwear for interviews, assessment centres, open days, and any other employer events!
  Another award-winning initiative which we will be expanding this year!
• State‑School Outreach 🏫
  There will be opportunities throughout the year to get involved with some of our outreach and mentoring programs with local state schools, inspiring and opening the door to the next generation of students!
