Hat Soc's Aims and Objectives:

• Help freshers navigate Exeter and meet people outside of team societies
• Create an inclusive space that is welcoming to all
• Encourage friendships between year groups
• The more-the-merrier attitude, allowing people to bring friends either for social or comfort reasons
• Stress and commitment free, meet up only once a month
• Relaxed, social environment as the hats will create an icebreaker
• Form a society that provides a social space that goes on nights out (without harsh initiation ceremonies) that is not centred around sport
